With 30 years of Executive Operations experience, Calvin has cultivated a powerful leadership philosophy anchored in service, clarity, and strategic decision-making. His ability to accurately assess the needs of clients, employees, and contingent professionals alike has enabled him to deliver tailored workforce solutions and consistently supply top-tier talent that elevates organizational performance.
Calvin’s professional journey has been shaped by mentorship from numerous CEOs and Fortune 500 organizations. Today, Calvin serves as the CEO of QuantifiVMS, Inc., where he has led the company to more than $30 million in revenue within eight years. As a top-performing revenue producer throughout his career, Calvin has personally driven more than $185 million in sales. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Mid-America Christian University, an Associate Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Development, and a Doctorate in Divinity.
Calvin is also a proud member and the Staffing Industry Co-Chairman of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, where he champions the growth and success of diverse businesses. He is the Dean and President of Accelerate Entrepreneurial School of Business—an institution dedicated to CEO education, professional development, and scholarship support for emerging and early-stage entrepreneurs. Guided by his belief that “we can all thrive if we strive together,” Calvin continues to invest in creating pathways for others.
In addition to his leadership in business management and education, Calvin is the owner of PerCoy’s Truck Parking Center in Ellenwood, GA, and MedFast Urgent Drug Testing in Morrow, GA. He currently serves on the board of directors for six companies and is an active member of numerous influential organizations, including the 100 Black Men of America, the National Black MBA Association, the U.S. Black Chamber of Commerce, the United States Staffing Association, and the Georgia Staffing Association.
